According to reports Lil Wayne has been hit with a three-year alcohol ban.
TMZ has claimed that Wayne's probation documents state he "may not consume or drink any substance containing alcohol" while on probation. Other terms claimed from the document, prohibited Wayne from knowingly associating himself with anyone engaged in criminal activity or with a criminal record unless he has written approval from the probation department and regular alcohol and drug tests.
Wayne was released from a New York City prison on Thursday after serving eight months of a one-year sentence for criminal possession of a weapon.
More jail time could be on the cards if Wayne's probation are violated.
