Hollywood's socialite has started her 200 hours community service after pleading guilty to drug possession arrest in August.TMZ has posted pictures of the 29-year-old heiress painting over graffiti in downtown Los Angeles wearing a yellow uniform, sunglasses and 4 inch stilettos heels.
