The 17 year old, Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus has been photographed drinking beer despite being underage.
TMZ posted pictures of the singer holding a bottle of Corona while partying at a nightclub in Madrid.
Spain's legal drinking age is 18, however authorities told TMZ teenagers as young as 16 are free to drink "certain" alcohols without issues.
