Jay-Z has spoken out for the first time about a tragic incident where he shot his older brother.The rapper aged 11, shot his crack-addicted brother Eric in the shoulder after he stole a ring from him.
"I thought my life was over, I thought I'd go to jail for ever," Jay-Z admitted to The Guardian newspaper.
"I was a boy, a child. I was terrified." Jay-Z also revealed his brother chose not to press charges and had even apologised in the hospital for his addiction.
"I never shot anyone else," Jay-Z added.
