It has been reported that Soul diva Aretha Franklin is currently battling cancer.A relative of the singer told U.S Fox 2 News in Detroit that Franklin has the disease and that her family is very concerned about her health.
They added that the singer is doing "okay" and ask fans to keep the star in their prayers.
It is thought that Franklin is suffering from incurable pancreatic cancer.
Franklin underwent surgery last Thursday, however details of what she is suffering from have not be disclosed.
