Hair extension company Hairtech International has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Paris Hilton.TMZ revealed Hairtech International is suing the heiress and claiming that she reneged on a deal to promote its hair extensions. The company are also suggesting that Hilton wore competing extensions in public.
Hairtech have previously sued Hilton for $35m (£22m) and have now amended the lawsuit, claiming she cost the business $70m (£45m) in profits.
The company have also said Hilton broke their deal by breaking the law and going to jail in 2007.
Hilton's lawyer has called the lawsuit meritless.
No comment from Hilton on the amended lawsuit.
