Christina Aguilera's record sales have seen a massive increase following her performance on The X Factor.The singer, who sang 'Beautiful' with runner-up Rebecca Ferguson has re-entered the charts at 92. Play.com reported that Aguilera's sales increased by 400%, entering the soundtrack 'Express' of her new movie Burlesque at number 49 on iTunes.
Other guest celebrities that have appeared on X Factor have also seen a boost in sales. Rihanna, had an overall boost of 77%, while Take That's sales of their new LP Progress rose to 68%.
Robbie Williams, had a boost in solo material by 20% since performing 'She's The One' on Saturday night with One Direction.
Burlesque is out in the UK on December 17.
