Nadine Coyle Wants To Go Country

It has been reported that Nadine Coyle wants to adopt a more country sound in future music projects.

After disappointing album sales in the UK, the singer is said to be focusing on developing her career in America.

A source revealed to Now magazine: "Nadine's refusing to give up on her dream. She reckons she'll have more chance in the States, where talent and singing ability count.

"Her life's in America now and she'd happily never return to the UK after such a hostile reception."

Solo singer Nadine Coyle has confirmed the next single from her debut album Insatiable will 'Put Your Hands Up' on February 21 2011.

Remixes by Armin Van Buuren and Dave Aude were also confirmed.

Tesco's Disappointed With Nadine Coyle's Album Sales


Tesco's have reported said to be disappointed with the sales of Nadine Coyle's debut album.

The singer's debut album Insatiable charted at a disappointing 47 despite a huge promotional campaign across its 2,500 branches.

A spokesperson from Tesco's commented: " We’re obviously disappointed that Nadine’s album hasn’t got off to the start we all hoped for, but it’s a great record from a brilliant artist and once we start getting some proper airplay I think a lot more people will discover this for themselves.

"Tesco is used to facing tough competition and we’ll be getting right behind Nadine’s second single in the New Year."

Insatiable is reported to have sold 10,000 copies to date.

Cheryl Cole & Nadine Coyle Secret Meeting


The Girl's Aloud bandmates have reportely had a secret reunion.

It was revealed in Closer magazine that a source claimed that the singers "ironed out a few differences" after meeting over a glass of wine.

"Nadine was sick of the fighting and said it had been going on for too long, so she made the first move after seeing pictures of the rest of the band together at The X Factor. All the other girls were invited to Cheryl's house, but they couldn't make it so it was just Cheryl and Nadine. It was awkward at first, but Cheryl couldn't have been more welcoming.

"They both had a lot to say. But after a few hours they both admitted things had been totally blown out of proportion.They talked a lot, and Nadine has spoken to Nicola [Roberts] and Sarah [Harding] on the phone, too. Things have improved, but there's still some way to go until things are back to the way they were."

Cole and Coyle were previously reported of patching things up in September, though there have been claims that their solo careers had cause a distance bewteen the pair.

Nadine Coyle To Busy To Tie The Knot


Nadine Coyle claims her engagement with with U.S NFL star Jason Bell could last more than 10 years.

Coyle announced her engagement in September, later explained that they're too busy to even think about getting married.

The 'Insatiable' singer told Bang Showbiz, "It will definitely be a long engagement. We haven't even had an engagement party. I'm going to ride this one out. It still feels so new, so we could do this for ten or 12 years, you know!"

Coyle revealed her engagement was a totally surprise.

"I just got back from London and he was in New York and he surprised me with a ring and stuff, while I was in my pyjamas! If I had known I would have had a blow-dry or at least had a manicure or something! She revealed.

"He got down on two knees, not one knee because he had played football for a while so he was all banged up. It was different! It was really, really nice".

Kimberley Walsh 'I haven't sent Nadine a good luck message'



Kimberley Walsh confessed that she did not send estranged bandmate, Nadine Coyle a good luck message for the release of her debut solo single.

Walsh commented in an interview with OK magazine, "There is nothing to say. I can't keep talking about it. I haven't sent her a good luck message. To be honest, she's just wanted to do her own stuff for a while and she'll just be glad when she's got her single out there and she is doing the music that she wants to do."

Nadine Coyle Poor Single Sales



Girls Aloud singer gone solo, Nadine Coyle has reportedly had a terrible start to debut single, selling only 117 on the first day of release.

The Sun newspaper reported, 'Insatiable' charted at number 35 in midweek sells.

Coyle signed an exclusivity deal with supermarket Tesco, for the single (CD) to be sold only within the retailer's stores. On the plus side 'Insatiable' sold 2,439 copies digitally.

Bandmate Cheryl Cole's 'Promise This' sold 566 CDs and 27,643 downloads on her first day of release last week.

Coyle's single however did received limited radio support and missed one day of release as her single wasn't available to download on iTunes until Monday.
