It has been reported that Pop singer Peter Andre has revealed that he is dating Frank Lampard's ex-girlfriend Elen Rives.The Daily Star newspaper reported that Andre has confirmed that things are "serious" between himself and Rives.
He apparently told friends: "She is so classy and beautiful, just the change I needed after everything that has happened in the last two years."
The singer's spokeswoman commented: "Yes, Peter and Elen are dating. It is early days but this is not just a date, they are in a relationship and have been for a couple of months.”
The two, who met at a dinner held by mutual friends in November, were spotted together at London's Claridge's hotel, before going on to the theatre to watch Flashdance.
A source commented: "Pete has fallen head over heels for Elen."
"For him to admit that he is seeing Elen, it must be serious."
Former GMTV host Fiona Philip also confirmed the relationship on BBC Radio 2.
"I know Elen and I know this to be true," she told Richard Madeley. "They have been seeing each other for a couple of months very quietly."
