X Factor twins John and Edward have been confirmed for the Irish Eurovision shortlist.The brothers, who are managed by Louis Walsh, will compete with four other acts in Eurosong and the right to represent Ireland in Dusseldorf later this year.
ESC Daily reported Nikki Kavanagh, The Vard Sisters, Don Mescall and a new EMI quartet are rumoured to complete the shortlist.
All five acts will be trained by music industry professionals before performing on The Late Late Show. The winner will be selected by a combination of judges and televoting.
