Eva Longoria Sued

Hollywood actress Eva Longoria is reportedly being sued for $4m (£2.6m) following the bankruptcy filing of a Las Vegas restaurant that she invested in.

This weekend, it was reported that eatery Beso and adjoining nightclub Eden had submitted documents requesting bankruptcy protection, in order to restructure debt.

TMZ reported that co-investor Mali Nachum has accused Longoria of using the business as a method to raise funds, by loaning $1m to the company at an inflated interest rate.

The lawsuit, which has been filed with the LA County Superior Court, states Nachum's claims that Longoria's arrangement violated California state law and damaged his investment return.

No comment has been made from Longoria's representatives according to the website.

Eva Longoria Dating Penelope Cruz's Brother

Hollywood actress Eva Longoria is said to be dating Penelope Cruz's younger brother Eduardo.

The Desperate Housewives actress, who is in the process of divorcing husband Tony Parker, has allegedly been seen on a number of dates with the 25-year-old.

A source revealed to OK magazine: "He's there at least three nights out of every four - he turns up and he leaves the next morning. They are trying desperately to stay beneath the radar."

The rumored couple reportedly met at a party and had been "flirting" before Eduardo was spotted with Longoria in her garage on Christmas Eve.

Eva Longoria Spotted Again Dining With Tony Parker

It has been reported that Eva Longoria has been spotted dining with estranged husband Tony Parker in Texas.

TMZ revealed that the Desperate Housewives actress flew to San Antonio to spend time with the basketballer.

The two were spotted in the north of the city at Rudy's Country Store and Bar-B-Q where Parker's team is based.

Sources says the meeting was "all very friendly".

An insider confirmed that the couple are still moving forward with the divorce however another source reportedly told TMZ "not to rule out the chance for a reconciliation".

Well according to sources, People magazine reported that the recently split couple shared a lunch date at a Los Angeles hotel on Wednesday.

A source said, "They remain friends and everything is amicable. Eva is a class act. That's how gracious she is."

Another insider added: "[They] are still committed to working this out together amicably."

Eva Longoria filed for divorce after discovering Tony Parker had an affair with a teammate's wife.

People magazine reported that Longoria found hundreds of text messages on her husband's phone.

Friend and Extra's correspondent Mario Lopez, revealed Longoria explained the reason why the couple split.

"She is devastated, she wants us all to know that," Lopez said. "But she's strong."

The name of the woman and which San Antonio Spurs player she is married to has not been released.

Longoria and Parker have not commented on the reasons for their divorce, but have posted messages on Twitter to announce the break up.

"It is with great sadness that after 7 years together, Tony and I have decided to divorce. We love each other deeply and pray for each other's happiness."

TMZ reported on Tuesday that Parker had filed legal documents against Longoria at the Behar County Court in Texas.

Longoria's rep has insisted that the rumours are false and no divorce lawyer has been contacted by Parker.

The couple married in 2007.
